1. Players will start out at the buy-in level chosen by pocarr.com with the $12 level being the highest anyone may start.
2. Players will be staked at 50/50 with make up. This means that at the end of each month, all profit is split. The player keeps 50% and Pocarr.com receives 50%. In the event you have a losing month, you must make up this loss before you can personally profit. This is called “make up”. Losses continue to rollover each month.
3. Players are required to play under this agreement until 10,000 staked games are reached according to Sharkscope.com from the day you start with us. Basically you must guarantee us your action for 10k games.
4. Pocarr will move each player up and down buy-in levels at our discretion.
5. Every player is required to put up $1,000 as collateral. This will be held by us and returned upon the completion of our agreement. This is non-negotiable.
6. All FPP's earned during the 10k game agreement will go towards the stake, no matter how they are accumulated. We will ask for a PokerStars audit for the time period of your stake to verify the amount. For simplicity and to maximize value, players will not redeem these until the 10,000th game is completed. Redeemed funds will then be added to the stake as profit and be split accordingly.
7. Player agrees to be the only one watching these videos.
8. Pocarr may terminate the agreement at its discretion.

1. With stake money, Pocarr backees may only play games that have been previously agreed upon by both player and Pocarr. These will be determined before any initial funds are sent.

3. Players are paid based on the month's profit by allowing them to cash out at the end of each month. The site where this cash out takes place will be determined by us.
4. You may not terminate our backing agreement while in "make up". If you are in profit, you may quit at any time. We may terminate this agreement at any point.
5. Each player must update their "rail" on the Pocarr Forum at the end of each playing day. Account balances are all that is needed. Balances will randomly be verified by a Pocarr staff member.
6. All players must provide us with a reference. The more the better. This person(s) can be someone we already back, or a well-known member in the online poker community. This reference must contact us in order to assure we can fully trust the potential backee(s).
7. Players' "allowed max buy-in" will increase as they benefit Pocarr at our discretion.
8. Players will be considered for live play based on how well they fare for Pocarr.
9. Each player is allowed to purchase a membership to CardRunners, PokerXFactor, PokerPwnage, or any other site first approved by us with their bankroll.
10. Rakeback earned on FTP and UB, no matter how earned, will be treated as profit towards the stake each month.
