We are not interested in a pure financial backing relationship. The poker world is a lot different than it was several years ago and it’s a lot more competitive. We want to work with motivated individuals who agree with our mission statement and understand the importance of working hard with consistency.
We will provide the best coaching we can, as well as a professional environment, however we cannot force you to watch videos and take notes, attend group sessions and webinars, use HRC, PioSolver, GTO Trainers, and post hands for feedback on Discord. You are responsible for your own self-determination. It doesn’t just happen; you’ve got to make it happen.
We expect our players to have an online note-taking document, that they update regularly.
Your goal should be to get 1% better every single day. For every day that you do not improve, you get worse relative to the field. The field is not getting worse and they are not staying the same-at least some percent is improving, thus if you do not improve you just got worse relative to the field. These values will not just help you in poker, but in all areas of your life.
